Refund Policy

1. Pass Types and Refund Eligibility

  • Purchased Passes are digital content passes granted in exchange for the amount paid by the user, and are refundable in accordance with this policy.
  • Promotional Passes are digital content passes provided free of charge by the Company through purchase benefits, events, or similar promotions, and are non-refundable.

2. Refund Procedure

When a payment is canceled or refunded due to reasons attributable to the user, the following procedures apply:

  1. Services that are fully consumed or completed in a single use are non-refundable.
  2. In accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase for passes that have not been used at all (not even one pass consumed).
  3. If a pass has been partially used, the right of withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the same Act (where the supply of digital content has begun), and no refund will be granted.
  4. Promotional Passes provided free of charge by the Company, and passes that have expired and been forfeited, are not eligible for refund.
  5. When a user requests a refund, all Promotional Passes provided free of charge by the Company shall be forfeited in full.
  6. If a contract is terminated due to the user's voluntary withdrawal, any remaining Purchased Passes are non-refundable in accordance with this Refund Policy, and Promotional Passes shall be forfeited.

3. Refund Due to Company's Fault

If proper services are not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Company, the full amount paid (100%) will be refunded.

4. Refund Method

Refunds shall, in principle, be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If a refund through the same payment method is not possible, the Company will refund through an alternative method designated for the relevant service.

5. Refund Processing Period

In accordance with Article 18(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company shall process refunds within 3 business days from the date the refund obligation arises. However, if a refund is delayed due to reasons attributable to the user (such as failure to cooperate with the refund process), the Company shall not be liable for any interest on the delay.

6. Refund-Related Costs

Costs incurred in connection with a refund shall be borne by the party at fault.

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted via customer support (armanpark@lookpickai.com) or through the in-site Channel Talk messenger. Please include your payment information (order number, payment date, and payment method) for faster processing.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content — By Country of Residence

The right of withdrawal for digital content passes applies differently depending on the user's country of residence.

  • Residents of the Republic of Korea: Under Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal is restricted once the use of a pass (supply of digital content) has begun.
  • Residents of the EU: Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is waived where the user has given prior express consent to the immediate supply of content and has acknowledged that they thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Residents of Japan: Under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, mail-order sales have no statutory cooling-off period; this Refund Policy applies as the Company's return policy. Refunds and returns are restricted once the use of digital content has begun.
  • Residents of other countries: The mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence shall prevail to the extent they are more favorable to the user than this notice.

9. Foreign Currency Payment and Refund

  • Users may pay in currencies other than KRW (such as USD, CNY, JPY, EUR) depending on the payment methods provided by the Company. The applicable exchange rate follows the rate determined by the payment gateway, card issuer, or payment channel at the time of payment.
  • Refunds shall, in principle, be made through the same payment method and currency used for payment. The payment currency and the refund currency may differ, and any exchange loss due to rate differences, as well as currency conversion fees charged by the payment channel or card issuer, are beyond the Company's control and may be borne by the user.
  • In the case of a refund due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall refund an amount equivalent to what the user actually paid, including such exchange losses and fees.
  • The refund processing period follows Section 5 (procedure initiated within 3 business days); however, depending on the settlement cycle of the overseas payment channel or card issuer, the actual completion of the refund to the user's payment method may require additional time.

Supplementary Provisions

This Refund Policy takes effect on May 22, 2026. Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by Article 21 of the Terms of Service.
