What is the FHD plan?
The FHD plan lets you create lookbooks at 2x higher resolution.
What is a credit?
1 credit equals 1 lookbook cut. Each photo uploaded consumes 1 credit.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription at any time. Log in and go to the "Billing" page. Click "Change Plan" in the top-right menu to switch plans, or select "Cancel Subscription" to end it at any time. Refunds are not provided, but you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period. - Upgrade: Additional credits are granted immediately, and a prorated charge applies for the remaining period. - Downgrade: Takes effect from the next billing cycle. Your current credits remain usable. - Cancel: Credits can be freely used until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to unused credits?
The FHD plan includes a discount and allows unused credits to roll over each month. Customers on the FHD plan can roll over credits even when purchasing additional individual credits. Individual credit plans, however, reset monthly with no rollover.
